Where can you ship your products?

We currently ship our products anywhere in Canada and US

Do you ship outside Canada and the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. at this time. We hope to soon. Tag us on social media @northern_beauty_skincare to let us know where you live!

What shipping methods are available?

We currently ship all of our orders with Canada Post

Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately, shipping companies don’t offer competitive pricing for small businesses. When you pay $12.99 for shipping, we end up splitting the price of postage. And when you qualify for free shipping, think about it as if you are getting a free product from me.

The price is the same for me even if I am shipping from Edmonton to Edmonton. As a result, I cannot afford to offer cheaper shipping fees at this time. Thank you for understanding and for your support!

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped from Sturgeon Country, AB within 1-2 business days of being placed. If we need more time to prepare your order we will contact your email to let you know the approximate shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

Standard shipping will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Once the shipment leaves our facility, we will no longer be responsible for the arrival time.  


We’re sorry you’re thinking about returning your product. We’re happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 5 days of delivery. We ask you to simply cover the cost of shipping (and customs and duty fees for U.S. residents). Products must have been purchased through our online store or in person directly from Anastasiia. Items that are on sale are not eligible for return but please still contact us if there is an issue.

My product arrived defective or damaged.

We’re sorry to hear your product arrived defective or damaged! Please send us an email and include pictures within 5 days of delivery. We will assess the extent of the damage and provide a full refund if applicable.

My order hasn’t arrived.

Please allow 14 business days for delivery. If your order still hasn’t arrived within this time frame, send us a quick email at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or cannot be delivered due to reasons outside of the postal service’s control, we are unfortunately not able to refund or resend the order.
